We individually check every order before it is dispatched as part of our strict quality control procedure and along with our ‘EveBaker Guarantee’, means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods, unused and in a state that they can be resold, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (Excludes Costumes & Sale Items). It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and ensure that you send them by registered post to the address shown below with a covering note detailing your name, address, contact number and a brief reason for the return. You are responsible for the costs related to the return of the goods. If the goods are faulty or damaged then the postage will be fully refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
